Points stay in your account as long as it's active. If you go 18 months without any activity (purchase, review, or login), points expire. Keep exploring and your balance stays yours.
Tier discounts automatically apply at checkout and stack with free shipping perks. They can't be combined with other promo codes or storewide sale events, but you still earn points on every qualifying purchase.
When you're signed in, your balance lives in the header at the top of every page. For a full breakdown — including tier progress, history, and your referral code — head to the Rewards tab in your account.
If you return items from an order you earned points on, the matching points will be deducted from your balance once the return is processed. Your tier status updates automatically.
